Forgiveness is a complex process that requires a sustained commitment. To achieve true peace of mind, one must experience forgiveness at a deep psycho-spiritual and biological level.

Forgiveness means “rising above the battleground of the ego” in order to transcend guilt and blame, so that peace and serenity can be part of your daily life. This process can take a long time.
